This is an absolutely fantastic model - so easy to set up the touch screen control or even from your Laptop via Wifi (we have never used the function as the touch screen is so good)
 
The heating element comes with a manufactures 30 year guarantee - that tells the reliability of these machines.
The attached Platen is the largest available in the range and is sized 40cm x 50cm* (as stated in the condition there is a small part (30mm approx) of the foam missing at the back corner of the platen - this has not caused any issues in the 18 months that it has been in that condition due to its position).
